Of my entire order, one ramekin arrived completely broken. More effective packaging or a fragile label would have been a plus to avoid losing any items.

I have a defective item in my order and I don't know how to send them a message.
Difficulty in tracking my order and long delivery time (3 weeks) order corresponds to my expectations.
Delivery much too long, arrived after complaint!
Product conforms to order but shipping time very very long!
I requested a return but never received a return slip despite sending two messages. I tried to call but customer service is unreachable.

Hello My opinion...the shipment is long and upon receipt there are two unpleasant surprises: one that your service has resolved by reimbursing me for the erasers and the other I am still waiting for concerning the non-receipt of the non-received agenda. So my opinion of this site is very mixed.
Well received but average quality. The handle broke after 2 weeks of use.
One of the two products I received does not match my order. Customer service is difficult to contact to deal with this error.
The items are really beautiful and I received my parcel in less than a week.

It may not be your fault, but my parcel did not arrive at the relay point I had indicated. Knowing that I ordered from another store the same day and it was delivered to the original relay point. Your prices are not expensive. Products well packaged. But not satisfied with the delivery.

2 products ordered only 1 in the package and after making a complaint I was told "out of stock we preferred to send you only one" but I was not warned and they waited for my complaint to reimburse me and no gesture on the shipping costs which are very expensive...
Lots of nice things for sale but the site could be improved. What's more, I haven't even figured out how to return an item yet.

The return policy is not clear enough, very difficult to reach customer service.
Attractive price. Correct delivery time. Agenda received damaged... The cover must have been folded for a while.
The satchel looks sturdy but it's not the model we ordered.
I received 2 out of 3 pink baby bottles when there was only supposed to be 1... I would have liked to be able to exchange them as they were for a little boy, but I couldn't reach customer service...
It took a very long time for the product to arrive.
Delivery time much longer than indicated. Impossible to get them on the phone and zero response to messages. However, I managed to get my order.
Poor packaging of fragile items
Price super on the other hand shipping costs too high ... more the bag was badly folded in the package and therefore arrived damaged, torn ... I sent a SAV by mail and several calls but without answers unfortunately ... so new product, quite expensive with the shipping costs damaged ...

We bought a wheeled binder a couple of weeks ago, the telescopic handle is already broken despite its normal use. Can the item be replaced? Thank you for your answer.
Overall satisfied, however I paid 2x more for a pencil sharpener than in the store .... I will not be ordering again.

Satisfied with the product but catastrophic delivery by the post office, damaged parcel and letter box almost broken by the Colissimo deliveryman, not ready to recommend if you only delivered with this mediocre company.
Delivery with 2 days of delay on the announced date Deposit of the parcel in the mailbox instead of being presented to the apartment as a registered letter
