Does not answer the phone I have a problem with my bag on 6 calls I managed to get someone once who told me to make an email. Since then I've e-mailed and called several times.
All perfect the products are quality and the shipping very fast, the only flaw maybe the shipping costs too high, what you save on products you spend on shipping
