The article was broken when I received it. I claimed this 2nd Dec. Toiday, 8th I am still waiting for a comfirmation to return the package.
I ordered by mistake a 2022 agenda instead of 2023. It's amazing that you still have them in stock. So I find myself with a completely useless agenda.
You have ordered a 2022 agenda, which we certainly still have in stock, and we have sent you what was ordered... It is specified in the title of the ad and in the description that it is a 2022 agenda.

I needed boxes to move 1 week later it was not shipped I asked for the cancellation and I am waiting and claiming my refund for 15 days now ...
Your order placed on 30/09/2022 has been shipped but seems to have been misplaced by the carrier. A dispute has been opened with the latter and a full settlement has been initiated.

It took almost 15 days for me to receive my order having paid 6.90€ for a delivery in 48-72h I will not recommend this site.
I did not receive the right item and moreover impossible to have them online to know how to return the item or possibly a refund.To avoid

Package not received. No reaction from Maxxidiscount. It is me who has to harass Mondial Relais to know where my package is. I ask for a return of the package since it is lost and Maxxidiscount refuses. When this story is over I will not order anymore.

The agenda has taken on water, some pages are stuck and are unusable. I will not order from this site again. I am very disappointed.
I was very happy because the package arrived in 3 days as indicated, BUT wrong item received... But a very fast sav who sent me the return form right away. I'm waiting patiently for the return of my order hoping that this time it's the right one.

No, package marked on the site shipped but after a call back to find out where the package is I was informed that due to a stock problem they had to cancel my order. Still no refund received.

You ordered Tigex soothers that we delivered to you in due form. The pacifiers were delivered to you and you then contacted our after-sales service indicating that you had ordered the wrong model.
In this case, the return costs are at the customer's expense as indicated in our return policy.
Upon receipt of the returned product, a refund was immediately made.

I can not recommend the company Maxxdiscount at all! Twice received defective goods, despite the advice to pack them accordingly due to the fragility. It was expected that I return the defective goods. After my notice that I do not return them at my expense, there is no reaction. Also, the second (replacement) delivery was made only after setting a deadline and threat to become active via Paypal! So fingers off!!!
I was very disappointed with the quality of the pillowcases, which were not sewn properly and therefore full of folds and creases, and did not form a rectangle. I have sent a message of complaint, which has remained a dead letter since, so the company does not take its customers into account. I wanted to buy a bed set, but as long as I do not have a refund or credit note, there is no chance that I will order again. I do not recommend this site ....... Not serious

The toys arrived and don't work .the backpack with a zip that doesn't open
Mid November, I received an oxford diary from August 2019 to August 2020 for the sum of 11.86€ I returned this incomplete diary at my expense: 5.10€ Paris-Stock reimbursed me 5.96€ Negative cost of this fictitious sale: 11€ from my pocket Scandalous! Site to avoid !!!!!
Contacted twice because 2 out of 3 products were unavailable. Long delivery time. And in the end 1 item (1 agenda) arrived damaged. Bad experience!
Product not in stock although announced present
My order arrived a day late even though I had asked for it by chronopost on purpose. The 4 bubble guns I ordered did not work. The products seemed to be reconditioned. To be avoided!

Very unhappy, package opened and incomplete. The after sales service promises me compensation but since then no news very very dissatisfied.
I am on top of the game, the toy I bought is not working at all. It was for my son's birthday and I had to send it back and I have no answer to this day so I am waiting for an answer from PayPal for a refund.

Very disappointed with the service ...
