Neither the parcel service provider nor a German tracking number was provided. There was also no response to numerous inquiries. The telephone hotline only has an endless tape message. They only responded by opening a paypal case. I would not buy there again.
We would like to inform you that your parcel has been handed over to the French carrier La Poste, together with a tracking number available on their website. After La Poste took over the parcel, your phone number and e-mail address were forwarded to DPD, who is responsible for the delivery of your parcel. Normally DPD should contact you by email and phone to arrange delivery. However, if you have not been contacted by DPD, please note that we are not responsible for this. However, we are available to resolve any delivery issues you may encounter.
DPD's tracking number was provided to you later by the carrier. Please understand that we cannot monitor each customer's parcel individually as this is the responsibility of the carrier.
