Hello, I have tried the permanent gel product twice now and I am not satisfied at all. Although I am careful to apply everything according to the instructions and also documenting myself with videos on toutube, the nail polish lasts really short. The next day it starts to fade and after a few ne looks too damaged. I don't know if I am doing something wrong but by now I have documented myself so much that I have conviction that the nail polish is really of poor, very poor quality. Money and time lost!!!

I purchased the Ruby kit: the lamp is good, but -nail files are way too rough on the nail plate - colors and base coat are very patchy, I had a very hard time appling them, a true hot mess. They are very sheer, and do absolutely not level out by themselves -the top coat is a little bit runny but at least it does level out by itself, it's durable and shiny.

Unfortunately, the package had the wrong address so I had to go to the courier's office to pick it up myself. On top of that, once I opened it and connected the UV lamp it did not work. I reported to the customer office, they replied after days and I am still waiting for the replacement lamp that should arrive. I am waiting confidently. For now 1 star because I have not yet had a chance.to test the products
