I never received my order

Slow

Quite disappointed. Two of my polishes bought on sale had the brush broken, and another the color does not hold at all on the nail. On the other hand, the manicure kit (lamp, file, cleaner etc.) are incredible... nothing to complain about

The order has taken an awful long time to arrive, 10 days instead of the time they put on the web. If in periods of sales there are delays they should warn. I contacted them by instagram but they were answering me every X days and giving excuses ...

Disappointed! I bought the set ruby lamp + 6 mini polishes. I have already tested 2 polishes. Everything takes a long time to catalyze, a horror ⌛ 10 min to catalyze only the base then comes the 2 layers of varnish then the top.... And when after an hour and a half you want to pass a shot of cleaner the cotton remains on the varnish 😱 do not tell me that I put too much. The second time I really put very little polish and it took that long to catalyze. And what about the staying power.... You're doing the dishes and your varnish is chipping after 3 days... Poor quality varnish. And for the application, the solvent on the pad (=cotton provided in the pack) is very volatile and therefore does not stay. I had to use cotton soaked in solvent that I put in the clip remover ... and do not talk about the clips too large for my fingers (I am t.34, 1.51cm) tightened to the max clips do not tighten my nails I do not recommend. Does not last and takes too long to catalyze... I had turned to meanail for my first purchase of semi-permanent and I am very disappointed. Clementine

Very disappointed with the electric blue color Despite my emails and photos no refund

I am disappointed with the delivery service. After telling me that my relay point was not available, they made me choose another one (thus rescheduling a delivery) which turned out to be unavailable at the last moment. They rescheduled a 3rd delivery in a relay that I did not choose. I was able to receive my order. I hope that these round trips between Chambéry and the 3 relay points at 100 km each time did not alter the quality of the varnish given the temperatures of the last few days ... to see once at room temperature because there they are pasty .... Positive point: thank you to the customer service for reassuring me when I did not see my package arrive.

After using it a couple of time my wife is very upset. She paints her nails and one day later the paint chips. Don't buy it

Lamp not powerful enough the varnish does not dry at all very disappointing.

The only drawback I find is that it takes so long to arrive at home. Nowadays when you buy something online, in two days or even the next day you have it at home.

Ordered in early December, received December 23 but as it was for a Christmas gift and I was leaving December 22 bha I had to buy another gift ... after warning 3 times that the delivery was very long customer service replied that it was the carrier who had difficulties because of a relay point closed ... in short I ask a commercial gesture in response to their mail .... nothing at all! I will never order again on a site that does not take care of its customers.

Too long a delivery time

The lamp does not dry well or you have to leave your hands under it for three minutes for a single coat. The varnishes are of good quality and nice colors.

The device is not efficient. It does not dry the nail polish, I had to pass the nail 10 times under the bulb and I had to ask a colleague to lend me his little device. Too bad because I would be happy to use it. My first order was not satisfactory and I will not place another order for this brand.

The varnish does not adhere and comes off the same day. Nevertheless the kit is complete. The products have a very strong and unpleasant smell.

We used the lamp only once. The second time we used it, it didn't work anymore. We were supposed to receive a new one, but more than a month later we haven't heard anything despite my emails. We paid for a kit that we can't even use. I strongly advise against this site! A great scam!

My nail polish only lasted 4 days... I'm quite disappointed. It comes off like peel off when it's semi permanent.

Honestly I was quite disappointed because my shipping address was transmitted incorrectly to the courier, who instead of delivering to my home in Bologna attempted a delivery to Milan without even giving me a notification of wrong delivery or anything else. After soliciting the problem to the company ( who if I had not written had not noticed the problem at all é of my package never arrived) and after several days they provided a refund since the package returned to their office. I am very sorry because anyway they were products that I needed and was in a hurry to receive.

The delivery was really way too long.

Product as per description. But you can't cancel an order even if it hasn't left yet unlike other sellers. I would have liked to add other things optimize do on shipping costs, but it was not possible.
