Fast delivery but unfortunately I am very disappointed with the quality, the varnish does not even last more than 3 days although I followed the instructions.

I ordered a semi permanent varnish color coral but I received a peel off. You told me that it was in accordance with my order but on the description it was not noted peel off and the shape of the bottle is not the same. So I am not satisfied.

The color does not dry at any time, 60 seconds, 80, 90, 120 seconds...

I ordered a kit from Meanails in order to make my semi permanent home. I didn't like the result at all, the varnish flakes off after a few days and the machine intermittently breaks down. The customer service is not at all attentive, because I had expressed the desire to return the items but they copied and pasted a text (also present on the site) to tell me that any opened product could not be returned, knowing that I had used the kit for a first manicure, I could not return it. I don't recommend this brand at all, I prefer to go for products that are a bit more expensive but more qualitative and that respect the promises of a semi-permanent that doesn't flake after a few days.

I was really disappointed, I didn't expect to have great quality for the price but a minimum. The colors are beautiful all and simple to use, but it does not hold. I followed everything to the letter and the next day 3 nails already gone...

Hello, We disappointed for our first order!!! The top vota 2 in 1 received... but impossible to use the brush (hairy) is hard as concrete!!! Very disappointed. I order a light yellow varnish and I receive a dark yellow varnish that is not at all the same color nor the same bottle as on the ad. And when I contact the customer service, they tell me that the resolution of my phone must change the color.

3rd order from meanail. 2nd time the product arrived having leaked. The packaging and product were intact and not broken but the bottle of cuticle oil was broken and spilled all over the package. However I continue to recommend this site with great products and just 2 bad lucks concerning the orders. The site is serious, the service is present and efficient

Poor quality product

Very disappointed. I'm used to doing semi-permanent. I saw an ad and wanted to test. First application for December 24, the varnish chipped at the end of the nails with the first dishes of the evening. I tried a second application for the 31st, it's now the 2nd of january, my nail is starting to go...I won't recommend it. Too bad because the colors of the varnishes are really beautiful.

No customer service

Very disappointed because even if I follow the instructions and tutorials carefully, the varnish does not hold at all. The test was renewed (no spillage, cleaning, drying, etc.) but nothing to do it does not hold more than 2 days.
