I won't talk about the quality of their products, I don't know. I placed an order two days after the pack I had ordered was reduced by €10, and I asked them if it would be okay if I returned my pack, and recommended a new one with ten euros less, or if there was any possibility of a commercial gesture. I was told that this was not possible. So I'm not going to get the package back and buy a pack during Black Friday and after Black Friday make it even cheaper for me, it's a commercial scam.

Extremely disappointed by the delivery (20 days to receive the order when the site announced 3 to 6 working days) and catastrophic customer service who, when contacted, pretended not to understand the problem of a tripled delivery time. I wouldn't recommend them!

The most important kit in my order was missing. I was reimbursed, but I asked for a refund of the shipping costs so that I could recommend the kit without paying 2x the shipping costs. No answer, no commercial gesture.

Varnish is difficult to apply and "slides" off the nail. Holds well for the time it's supposed to and can be easily removed when needed, but does a lot of damage to the nail plate.

The varnish comes off by itself in not even 24 hours, and doesn't harden the nail, which is what it's supposed to do. The only positive point is that the colors are quite pigmented.

Very bad experience, package arrived very late and after several reminders, the item does not deserve the 40€ spent. At the time of payment they added a nail brush ,not requested, which you can not refuse and they still charge you.

Hi, the kit I ordered was not very good: the files were both unglued and not usable, while the final top cot was sticky and ruined all my nails ( I had also ordered another polish separately and it stayed sticky as well). Small tip: you should include the missing products (polygel solution and cleanser) in the kit.
