The varnishes I ordered are very thick and therefore difficult to apply. I am disappointed

Nice set for semi-permanent. On the other hand it was indicated that it was a led lamp and to my great surprise when I received the lamp it was indicated everywhere UV/led. Despite contacting the service department for a return, they said it was just a labelling error and only offered me a promotional code of -10% for 1 month...

I had understood that they were vegan products. So I developed an allergy, unlike the ODASS varnishes.

Unfortunately, I was not happy with them. I purchased the kit of reds but the colors come out desaturated and some very similar to each other. I also found it quite difficult to remove despite being a peel off. I found myself using the file

The color is beautiful but both the color and the base/top remain sticky even after several passes under the lamp. Also, removal is not at all as quick and easy as advertised

Not satisfied with the product ordered

The order did not arrive. I don't know where it is and I can't find a way to get it back.

The colors are beautiful but they don't hold up in my home, too bad.

Does not keep its promises. I followed the instructions to the letter and the varnishes didn't even last a week. Disappointed and do not recommend

Poor quality product that doesn't hold up

Choice on the site and many positive reviews except that the equipment was defective after 10 minutes of use. It was a birthday present, the person was very disappointed and the SAV exchange has not yet been carried out. I therefore have mixed feelings about the quality of the goods sold.

Products whose description did not correspond to what was advertised. These were Peel off nail polishes that were supposed to be removed without acetone, simply by soaking the nails in hot water for a few minutes. Nothing came off. I had to grate my nails... Very disappointed.

Delivery time was super fast but unfortunately the nail polish doesn't stay on for more than a day and falls right off. Too bad!

The product doesn't work like the videos demonstrating its effectiveness.

3rd use of the UV lamp and it snaps right in the middle of my manicure. I'm extremely disappointed. I'm going to contact the after-sales service in the hope that they'll make a gesture.

Very poor product hold, despite several attempts the varnish flakes and peels off in 3-4 days. A pity because the kit is very complete and the varnish colors are very beautiful.

This is the 1st time I've ordered and unfortunately I never received my parcel. Good reactivity from SAP, waiting for the return.

I had to order some products, but to my great surprise I didn't receive the products I had ordered, but batches of products that I already had at home. I tried to contact customer service. But they wouldn't listen. I asked for a coupon so that I could return the package and recommend what I wanted. It was only when I showed my dissatisfaction that I was offered to recommend with a 2-day promo code, which looks like I'm collecting the money so I can order right away! I'd already spent more than 30 euros on a product I didn't want, but I couldn't see myself spending the same amount again, especially as the charges are so expensive! And the one star I put is because we have to!

Despite the claim that there are no substances in it that cause an allergic reaction, I still had a mega allergic reaction. The sheets are hanging on my fingers. So a waste of money.

The order was neatly in the box and I am very satisfied with the priduct.

The package I received was missing items that were supposed to be included in the description.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Disappointed by the hold of the varnish. It only lasts a week.

Poor purchase. Non-existent peel off effect, despite making several attempts at application and removal. Even letting my hands soak in hot water, the polish did not peel off at all. In the end, I had to scrape off bits of polish, ruining my nails much more than if I had used the remover. Truly a disappointment, and to say that with peel offs from other brands I never had any problems. Customer service just as bad, I wrote to get a refund and received no response. I don't recommend it at all, too bad because the traditional semipermanents of this brand are good, but they would be much more honest if they wrote that the peel off effect is not guaranteed.

Order delivered in 13 days and not instead according to the timeframe on the website.

The nail polish dries too quickly, making it soon unusable.

I would like to receive this order placed on August 21 before I can be satisfied. A commercial gesture would be welcome. It was a gift for a birthday on September 3rd... today is the 11th... ... .... .. .
