Very bad experience. Although a slowdown in delivery time at Christmas time is understandable, however, this delay is no longer justifiable: I don't have the package, I don't have the money, I have no feedback from the 'company ( no apology request..).Contacted by me , recently, I was told that the package will arrive. It has not yet arrived. I specify that it was supposed to be a gift. I hope that, in the meantime, the recipient does not independently buy what I had decided to give her!

I bought a nail lamp. The cable where it plugs in does not work. When you place the order it says that they send you a phantom gift valued at 14 euros and instead they send you some nail stickers that are not worth a euro. They charge shipping costs on returns. I do not recommend it

I ordered 2 ruby kits for the festive season. Having bought them for myself 2 years ago, I was sure of my purchase and I'm very satisfied. However, I withdraw 1 star because it was noted that a "special gift" was added to the order for its purchase, but on neither I had it and yet I ordered only 2 / 3 days apart. An oversight, I understand, but 2 oversights on two orders with so little time between, I find that a shame. One might think it was false advertising to convince us to buy the kit...

I placed an order. The parcel was delivered in a locker but the locker was empty. I had to call Mondial Relay who told me that the parcel would be re-delivered. Finally it went back to the sender, the order was reimbursed at no time did I get a message from you explaining what was going on with my order or offering to send another parcel. I am very disappointed.
