There's no explanation of how to apply the treatment and varnish from a to z. Very disappointed Then the varnishes are very dry old or poor quality.

The package arrived after the deadline and the package was missing the promo I had entered (which included a free set of nail polishes). Not very serious. Rather not recognize the promo code on order confirmation. One of the reasons I chose meanail was also that!

I put 4 stars because I ordered a kit, boxes and a sander and I find that the set lacks instructions for novices like me and I'm disappointed by the thermo gel box. Fortunately, my sister gave me invaluable advice on how to use the kit. I'm still delighted with the result, although I'm still lacking in techniques.

to remove nail polish the nail clamps do not hold, the primer, base coat and top coat products do not dry, with the lamp, glue, disappointed for the 3 bottles.

A little slow shipping but not too bad. I purchased the peel-of nail polishes and the twin coat: the first application was disappointing in both application and result. I watched a few tutorials and it seems to be getting better. The only negative note is that the colors do not match at all but at the moment I am satisfied
