Very satisfied with the customer service that is responsive by email and on Instagram. A little less satisfied with the product ordered, the polish does not mix well, makes pates and comes off after 2-3 days despite the good preparation of nails. Too bad the promise was beautiful. On the other hand, it really goes away without remover, just by "taking off" the polish and that's nice.

The first package arrived with two thirds of the products missing. I had to send several emails to finally receive my complete package.

It is a nice site with nice products. It came to me neatly in bags. There was 1 unclear thing and that was that I thought there were 5 buckskins in it and it was 1. Other than that really top notch!

Very poor quality

The breakthrough. I put on and take off polish easily, whenever I want. I don't ruin my nails. For me minimum 7 days of perfect polish is a great result!!!

Order received at the expected date, lacks a notice for each device with paper explanation for the setting of the poly gel (on the site it is not practical)

Second time it doesn't arrive at the right relay point

The varnishes have arrived dry, impossible to use them

The order took several days to arrive, but then all the material was well wrapped and everything was separated.

The varnish applies well and holds rather well (about 10 days). The instructions for use are clear. On the other hand, the varnishes a little dark are not very covering and I had difficulty to remove it. The tweezers don't hold very well and it takes a lot of solvent to get rid of it, which is not very economical (I only did it once, I may not have the right technique yet). Concerning the delivery, nothing to say, it was fast.

It could deserve 5 stars but one of my polishes is weird as if water was mixed with the color it was translucent too liquid

Hasta ahora los productos muy bien, en alredor de 2 o 3 semanas de utilizarlos. Los colores que se proponen deberían ser más variados porque en el paquete de 6 esmaltes son muy parecidos. Algo que no me gusto, es que la compañía encargada de transportar mi pedido, se tardó 2 semanas en hacer la entrega con 1 cambio, eso sí todo informado.

Lacquers and products are fine. Takes some practice to apply it to yourself very neatly. Is difference in texture of lacquer. The pounds to clean the nails with remover, are not very strong and leave space so they slip off. This can be solved by using aluminum foil instead of the clips. Other than that, great products. Finally a gel polish that leaves my own nails in one piece. Both regular and pealoff, are easy to remove without weakening or damaging my nails. Price quality also fine. Duration that the polish stays on varies. If you don't polish intensively with bare hands and cleaners, the polish can last almost 3 weeks without chipping. (I managed that during a 2.5 week vacation abroad, with a lot of swimming in the sea).

Quality product! Correct company, reactive, nevertheless the certified holding of the products is not with the rdv for me in spite of all the stages followed to the letter

Second use and the lamp already has a UV lamp that no longer works. Very disappointed. I don't know how to contact the service.

Unfortunately, the package had the wrong address so I had to go to the courier's office to pick it up myself. On top of that, once I opened it and connected the UV lamp it did not work. I reported to the customer office, they replied after days and I am still waiting for the replacement lamp that should arrive. I am waiting confidently. For now 1 star because I have not yet had a chance.to test the products

Great customer service and fast delivery. I do not put the 5 stars because I have not yet tried more than one of the nail polish, but so far very happy with the results.

I never received my order

My order was processed quickly. The package was delivered within 5 days. Happy with my purchase. Just a little surprised by the quality of the accessories. But the price-quality ratio is still correct.

Fine products, but unfortunately not a very wide choice of colors. Certainly not for the Peel Off nail polish. If there were more choice in this, that would be great.

The order has taken an awful long time to arrive, 10 days instead of the time they put on the web. If in periods of sales there are delays they should warn. I contacted them by instagram but they were answering me every X days and giving excuses ...

Satisfactory varnish hold but, rather complicated application. I'm waiting for the removal to discover the peel-off technology... Very long delivery time, however, very low cost!
