Everything ok, as ordered. Package arrived after one week. I have been using the peel off nail polishes for a long time. Very good performance and also they are 10 free products.

Honestly I was quite disappointed because my shipping address was transmitted incorrectly to the courier, who instead of delivering to my home in Bologna attempted a delivery to Milan without even giving me a notification of wrong delivery or anything else. After soliciting the problem to the company ( who if I had not written had not noticed the problem at all é of my package never arrived) and after several days they provided a refund since the package returned to their office. I am very sorry because anyway they were products that I needed and was in a hurry to receive.

The kit is quite complete for a beginner, but contrary to the tutorials that can be found on the internet, you have to leave your hand for a good 5 minutes for it to set. Moreover the varnish lasts one week but not more... I'm a bit disappointed but I'm a beginner and not a connoisseur at all, hence my note. However, the products look great, the beginner kit is very complete. I have extremely flexible nails and not at all hard and this allows me to have pretty nails for a little while rather than breaking them in 5 seconds.

First order a little complicated, well the order not but the delivery was very long and not without pain. On the other hand I would like to congratulate the very reactive and attentive customer service. There was a missing product in the package that was shipped to me immediately and that I received very vitreous by cons. I am very satisfied with the products, the colors are great and the varnish holds really well. Despite the delivery problems I will soon place a new order.

For me it was the first purchase. The products are very good and complete set. Nice polish bags, a lot of attention to detail. The only downside is that the unic lamp does not have a timer as I was told, after asking for information since it was not clear on the site. Unfortunately it only has infinity like time. I was a little disappointed. Otherwise at the moment top.

Complete kit for those who want to start semi independently. The colors are not very opaque and have some dispersion. The instructions are tiny, you have a hard time reading them! I don't know if I will buy from their site again, they should incentivize customers more.

I'm quite dissatisfied with their service. Their product looks great and I am very excited to try it out but it's been a month since I ordered and I haven't received my package. Moreover, their costumer service takes long to reply which creates frustration for me. They didn't provided a real tracking number, which also makes it difficult to track the real parcel, you can only see the event log from their website but is not helpful. I read the previous reviews and I was very exited to try the product which might be very good but I'm disappointed with their service
