hello parcel received with an article missing Without even being warned beforehand I had to claim in order to obtain a refund for the product not received. Very long delay to receive the parcel and long delay to reply to my email.

Good products

I ordered 3 products and received 2. The packing slip and shipping emails simply stated 3 products as if they had been delivered. After I contacted them, I was told the product was no longer available. I am not okay with the whole order being handled as if everything was fine and then, without any notice, I only get 2 of the 3 products

I ordered the ruby kit, and I'm satisfied. Good quality products, the only downside is the very strong smell of some products. The parcel was delivered quickly and easily via mondial relay.

I'm happy with the products but unfortunately the nail polish doesn't suit my nails and comes off very easily.

I am very satisfied with the products I ordered. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because, although it's not your fault, one of the polishes arrived open and had leaked into the packaging. In addition, I would have appreciated a small leaflet explaining how to apply the varnish.

The products are good value for money. Meanail Paris has beautiful colors of gel polish in its range. The shipment was delivered neatly packaged.

I had a lot of trouble validating the payment of the order. After trying several times, it finally worked. Unfortunately, some colors were no longer available, but the order arrived safely. My daughters are delighted. The varnishes hold very well.

Hello The varnishes I ordered this time are extremely pasty and thick... quite complicated to apply. Some were much too liquid at the very beginning... but now it's a bit like an old varnish. And the two batches I ordered have the same characteristics. Apart from that, all my other products are ok too and I only buy your products.

My parcel was not delivered to my home address and it was complicated to have it delivered to a relay point.

Great products , I had a great time

Everything arrived well, the shipment took more than 15 days and because I had to make claims for the delay, everything was ok, the only downside is that the products are super sticky and do not dry the base coat the top coat so you're many time with your hand in the lamp do not dry are very sticky otherwise everything 👍.

The UV lamp 5 stars The products not terrible can do better 2 stars my personal opinion. I bought other products from another brand.

Very very very difficult to remove, my nails are very damaged and I had to scratch a lot.

I would like it to arrive with less time because I paid for shipping to pick up at one point,but I picked it up after 10 days ,long time waiting.And I would like more instructions on how to remove the peel of product.

Great products, I recommend them

I give 4 stars because the products arrived perfectly, or colors are beautiful and the oven is also great, but they made my fingers allergic.

Check your basket carefully before confirming your order, as you won't be able to cancel or modify it afterwards. I ended up with 2 varnishes of identical colors because I made the mistake of clicking twice. I realized it just after validating but it was too late and I couldn't return it.

I'm still satisfied with the products. The files were defective, however (as if they had caught the moisture), but I'm satisfied with the rest.

Delivery received on time, parcel complete, attractive price but despite following the instructions to the letter, the varnish didn't last more than 5 days.

The products are great to use and the colors are beautiful. The only flaw is the packaging. You have to press and bend the tube to get the product out. Once out, however, it's really easy to apply. Order arrived quickly. Efficient delivery system. Would recommend.

All very nice and classy but some components are of poor quality: the clip clap open so I use aluminum cards like the beautician does; the pads are not made of cotton paper and do not soak well ( it is my first experience and it took me 2 hours to remove the beautician's semipermanent); the cuticle pusher (if it is made of stainless steel I don't know) which is also used to remove nail polish residue is actually not at all effective because of the edge not very sharp. I used for the first time taupe nail polish very nice color but too thick and it is hard to spread. The remover seems not very light to me. The beautician's one in 10 minutes acts and with yours nn I can remove the beautician's polish that evidently was very strong (maybe the primer?) Nails lasted 4 weeks. I gave it 4 stars cmq because it is the first time I tried it and the led nail polish remover works well. Maybe give me some tips especially for removing old nail polish

All perfect, only the remover arrived empty, strangely enough it was also unopened.

I'm pleased with the products, but I'm a beginner, so I need to refine my technique.

The nail presses aren't strong, two of them are already broken.
