The site lacks an order cancellation function, although reprocessing is immediate. As an aside, I purchased a kit and while I can say I was satisfied with the nail polishes, the led lamp worked for a few minutes not allowing me to finish the manicure. Regretting that I did not order from Amazon, I would certainly have made the return
