First visit to the site: 1) I see the ad offering a 10% discount on honey refills with a free flask (no special conditions on the ad). I think to myself, this is a great opportunity to give it a try. I spend some time looking at the products; I make the order and there: offer from 100 euros only: I abandon the order. 2) I order a flask anyway. I receive it at a relay point with the box completely ripped open (perhaps not Meltonic's fault, even if the box wasn't necessarily suitable). I check that the flask is inside. It's there, so I take the pack, but once I've left I realize that it's full of some sort of sticky powder... In short, unpleasant and a good washing of the flask before the first try. 3) I didn't necessarily think to write it down (I didn't necessarily want to waste my time complaining) but since we're asking for an opinion... 4) The flask looks great although small (but the quantity was indicated so it's not a defect). There is a larger size. So I use honey from the local beekeeper because I didn't take advantage of the discount advertised. I may try it one day if the opportunity arises.

Order took too long to arrive, dissatisfied with delivery times and lack of information via my customer area!

It's hard to find your way around because each item falls into several categories.

I haven't received it, so it's hard to give an opinion, but I find the delivery times too long...especially for delivery to a parcel relay.

Product too sweet. Very liquid texture even with less water. On the other hand, it's very digestible and effective because it doesn't make you feel tired afterwards.

I find that the variety of products is a little limited and I think it would be possible to have free home delivery for this price, but for the moment I am satisfied with the products.

Explicit request to postpone shipment by 10 days not applied, premature delivery in my absence, fortunately easy arrangement with the site receiving the package which is a local business and agreed to keep the package beyond the ordinary rules of distribution ...

I give a mixed opinion ( 3/5 ) because I find the price of the 25 gram bars excessive even if the product suits me . I have not yet tested the recovery infusion . For the rest ( order and delivery : 5/5 .

Good product, good tolerance, very fast delivery

Disappointed but that's just my feeling. The products are fine, but I won't be buying any more. Sorry to be unpleasant but I'm being honest.

I find that there's a lack of information about the products, it's difficult to know the precise composition of each gel. I was also surprised not to receive the goodies in my parcel, even though when I placed the order it was noted that I would receive a mug + a neck warmer.

Quite disappointed, isotonic drink with a smecta taste, very expensive products for items that can be bought in quite a few organic stores. The packaging is nice, as is the concept, but the execution is much less so.

Hello, there was a delivery problem and in the end the order was not complete: an energy bar was missing.

The navigation on the site is very good. Concerning the order, the tee-shirt would have deserved to be wrapped in paper and not just put in the box it would have avoided it being stained.... Otherwise, the products are great.

I'm taking part with my son in the gravelines chtriman on 2/7 and so I ordered 2 caps from you which I thought were nice for the last transition c a pieds! but it's impossible to wear them they're designed for children? you could have specified that they fit small! well sporty Pascal from sedan

Purchase of a refillable product claiming to reduce waste, but packaged in more plastic bubble wrap than the product ordered.

Part of the order is missing

Deplorable sales service! order sent twice following an error by their shipping department but the product is finally sent "on a commercial basis" after telling me that I had made a mistake on my order (not even able to check the confirmed order!).

The composition of the products is good for carbohydrates, but the rest is under-dosed. It was a very good idea to base the product on honey, but unfortunately the taste with the other flavors makes the gels taste like crap (it has to be said).

Very good product from Meltonic, but I'd advise them to be careful with the price because there are more and more people on the sports nutrition market.

Hello The bars are a bit small, as is the maltoexdrin sachet, which is not very full for the price.

Fast shipping, one defective product

My order was sent several days after what was noted. It was sent just after I had received an email. I was expecting a sample to apologize for the inconvenience but instead I got the (un)pleasant surprise of having advertising in my coli which ended up in the garbage can straight away. I chose Meltonic above all for the "environmental" side and an advertisement by e-mail is more than sufficient rather than on paper (even 100% recycled paper).

Following the reception of my order, some bulbs had arrived broken; I had sent an e-mail simply to indicate that in the future to better protect the parcels because I would not recommend any more this type of article.

Simple site, easy to navigate. You could give nutritional advice for the average marathon runner, as your testimonials are about elite runners. For example, I'm aiming for 4h30 on my first marathon.... Another perspective: develop the skincare section. The leg care balm, for example, is no longer on your site.

It's hard to commit to an order without tasting the different products. Too bad there are no samples.

A torn malto paper bag, even if wrapped in a plastic bubble bag, for the same loss of product when opened

I'm disappointed with the vials because, despite the pressure exerted on them, too much honey remains inside. The viscosity of the honey is not adapted to the vial. It's a shame.

I wanted to order some products during a promotion, and the 5 products I wanted were out of stock. It's easy to avoid discounts: you advertise, but you have nothing to sell.

95% for the bike, not convinced by the bars, which are neither suitable for transport in the rear pockets (problem of perspiration which spoils the packaging) nor easy to open with one hand...! As for the tubes... idem, difficult to open and very sticky... in terms of taste and effectiveness, not necessarily better than the competition...

Leg creams are pretty good but quite expensive, GELs are pretty good too but they're not my basic thing and they stick to the fingers, so they're good but not perfect.

The gels are not good and don't add much. The energy intake does not seem exceptional.
