Package delivered two weeks after and I needed them for a competition and also the package was received it to another location not the one that I specified.bad experience
I am ordering following an offer with free additional products that are clearly specified in my order, but not in my package upon receipt.
The products are very good, however the packaging in the parcel is neglected. Some of my products arrived open in my parcel, making them unusable. Thank you Meltonic, after a quick first contact with customer service, no further news. I do not recommend!
I received the damaged package. The gentleman at the relay also noticed it. Finally, the maltodextrin package I ordered was also damaged and I had to transfer the powder into an airtight container because the bag was torn.
I made a purchase that was not delivered.
I still haven't received it and no notification either.

Navigation and order on the site impec, labelling parcel problem on the address, delivery supposedly carried out by the post office only comment "deposited with the reception" but no parcel on the spot... I contacted meltonic one said to me one will call me back I always await... but I am not any more in France thus more means of recovering the parcel which I really needed in view of the race this week. Conclusion no parcel no product no news for a refund. Disappointed...
I did not receive what I had ordered. The products are great, I found the delivery long and then I didn't get what I had asked for.

Products ordered on March 1st and still not received on March 25th. I know the problem is with the MondialRelay carrier, but Meltonic doesn't have much leverage and I think they could have sent the products back.
Order does not correspond to the image or the writing on the box. Too bad.

Customer service that doesn't respond despite several reminders, even though I've lost €10 because of them!
Very disappointed with the delivery time: ordered on Monday, arrived on Saturday, left on Friday for le roc d'azur, which meant a stop at decathlon.
Their system made a mistake in the recipient. so my parcel could not be delivered. No refund. Their telephone number was replaced by an answering machine to say that they were on vacation... in short, this was my first and last order with them.
Very bad experience, first order placed on 28/08/2023, here we are on 10/09, still nothing received! Mondial Relay lost my parcel, messages and energy but not much return. I order my Baouw compote on Irun, I receive them before my account is debited. I wanted to do a cure of magnesium and turmeric, also tested products before the UTMJ, I have to order elsewhere and will end up with duplicates.
Very disappointed that no one answered my e-mail when my coli was returned to sender. I don't know if it was the post office or meltonic who made the mistake! But I'd love to have my order before Christmas if anyone cares!
Knowing that a product had faulty packaging you sent the item anyway... good thing I don't do that with my customers (bike repairs).
Disgusting and very expensive.
The products are really very good.Order made on 25/02/21, we are 10/03/21, I still have not received my order. I wrote on 03/03/21 to Meltonic customer service (which is responsive) who told me to go and see the relay point because sometimes the tracking does not work. I went there on 04/03/21 and there was no parcel. Customer service told me they'd look into it and get back to me. Here we are on 10/03/21 and still no news.
Marathon pack: cake with a synthetic, doughy taste that I couldn't finish because it wasn't to my liking. Gels that gave me a stomachache as soon as I took them. No beneficial effect on training (in identical climatic conditions).
Not happy, parcel dispatched 1 month later, cause in supply with the supplier, at the time of the order product which was not in stock was not specified on the site. Not happy at all.

An error occurred in my order, due to a computer bug. The quantity displayed was not taken into account by the site. I contacted the company by e-mail, which did indeed note that my order was incorrect (2 gels instead of 3), but offered absolutely nothing to correct the error.Not to mention a commercial gesture, 2 gels at €2.60 each isn't a total loss for Meltonic, given that I've already spent more than €100 on 2 orders. I'd have liked to have been offered a solution that would have cost me the €5.20... But there's nothing... For me, this is the last time I will order from Meltonic and I will share this experience with my club...Sincerely.
