Nothing to say about the products. However, the delivery by Chronopost was not up to par: initially announced delay, then dropped off at another pickup point 48 hours later, without information about the drop-off. I got the info over the phone by calling Chronopost. This carrier is not reliable, we have already had issues with other merchants. You would be wise to change it as it may make your customers think twice before ordering.

A perfect performance except for the somewhat convoluted site in my humble opinion...
