I really liked the taste of the salted tonic gel, which has a great honey taste that goes down well when you're exerting yourself. I didn't like the taste of the boost, but it works very well, and the mint-lemon effort drink, which is not very sweet, does the job for me. Small star removed for the cashew cereal bars, disappointed I can't find the taste of honey or cashews.
