Once again, I had to refuse the parcel as the box arrived at the parcel post damaged (the gel refill had leaked). What's more, the cereal bars were missing.

Very good product, top delivery. On the other hand, it's a shame to give a tube of recovery gel as a 2nd gift, interested in testing and buying some later, and to give me a drink sample instead. I know it's a gift but I would never have increased this order if I'd known, and so you missed out on the sale of the recovery gel.
