Nothing to report in particular: the site's ergonomics allow customers to surf without too much difficulty, apart from the fact that I couldn't find any information allowing me to contact customer service (by e-mail), because unfortunately the two energy drink sachets obviously didn't stand up to transport (holes in several places and loss of contents).

I'm very satisfied with the meltonic products and the easy-to-use website. The only downside I have in recent days is the fact that I participated in a satisfaction survey on March 21 during which gels and bars would be sent to me after my response and satisfaction survey, except I have received nothing with my last order. 🤔🤔. Too bad

Effective products that are pleasant to consume during exercise.

During my marathon preparation, I tested a few MelTonic products (gels and antioxidant drink) I found at Decathlon. I liked these products for several reasons: - I've always had difficulty consuming gels, as I don't trust their composition (little or no natural ingredients), which is the opposite of MelTonic, so I appreciate the fact of knowing that I'm putting natural products into my body! - the taste is good, which is a big plus! The products I tested during preparation led me to turn to the marathon pack for D-Day. Now that the deadline has passed, I have absolutely no regrets about my purchase! I followed the Pack's advice by taking a gel every 5kms, the pre-race and post-race drinks and snacks, and I'm convinced that these products helped me both to manage my effort during the race and to recover afterwards. Thank you for these beautiful, quality products and for your eco-responsible approach, which means a lot to me. I'll be sure to advertise with my athletics club, as I'm completely convinced by your products and will recommend you with my eyes closed. Thank you and good luck! Alicia

Very good product I like the packs for my long and raid mountain bike and road outings.

The salted gels are top-notch, as are the bars. As for the malto, I find it hard to dilute, but that's probably because I use it with sparkling water.

Good products, more natural than the usual running gels. Very good taste, since it's honey. I've done two marathons with them and I won't be taking any more of those other gels that make you sick to your stomach. I recommend them!

Fast delivery and as indicated. I tested the "miel salé " gel, and found it a little too sweet for my taste, which is probably normal since it contains honey, but I'm not used to it 🙂 having said that, this gel had the expected effects since it boosts the body. I'll have to test the other flavors before making any further decisions and possibly placing further orders.
