Very pleasant taste and the charging system is great

Bars OK. Energy and recovery drink OK. Very average taste of isotonics sparkling drinks, unpleasant and pronounced sorbitol, very disappointed with this item.

Hello, the modification of the gel packaging is great, it's much more practical than the old packaging! As for the drink with maltodextrin taken 3 days before the effort, is it possible that it causes migraines? It happens to my partner and me? We have had 3 migraines out of 3 uses. (3 uses for 3 different events, not 3 consecutive days). My partner has stopped after one day each time and I only did 2 days as a result...
