Honey/fruit bars (apricot/fig/pistachio). Excellent taste, easy to eat quickly. I ate one an hour and never had a bad day on a 40 km trail with 2000 D+. Excellent digestibility, highly recommended.

As a sportswoman and intolerant to cow's milk and saccharase, i've found quality products that are adapted to my needs. the only complaint is that the gels are not easy to open, and why not offer the drink in a big jar?

130km bike ride with the gels and gingerbread in the bag, and the powder in the bottle, without too much training, no muscle fatigue, I validate.
Everything is perfect
Tonimel every morning a few days before + gels tested on a 20k200 where I beat my personal record by more than 2min! Slight discomfort after the 1st gel, otherwise no worries, very good sensation on the 3rd! I prefer the mint drink to the lemon one, because of its freshness, which is very pleasant to the taste, but makes me a little thirsty and maybe too sweet. Stay tuned for the next semi before the autumn marathon!
