130km bike ride with the gels and gingerbread in the bag, and the powder in the bottle, without too much training, no muscle fatigue, I validate.

Everything is perfect

Tonimel every morning a few days before + gels tested on a 20k200 where I beat my personal record by more than 2min! Slight discomfort after the 1st gel, otherwise no worries, very good sensation on the 3rd! I prefer the mint drink to the lemon one, because of its freshness, which is very pleasant to the taste, but makes me a little thirsty and maybe too sweet. Stay tuned for the next semi before the autumn marathon!

The taste is good. The loading system between the jar and the dispenser is adapted to the level of the caps (male female) so that you don't get honey everywhere. Just be careful when closing the jars so that you don't get honey everywhere. Much healthier than other supplements where you don't know what goes into them.
