I had never had a problem but I missed an article, I tried to contact customer service, 2 mail, a phone call and zero response, a week later a mail from Colissimo telling me that a package from Mercorne arrives, it was the missing article fortunately, I retain despite everything the lack of response from them

Shipping costs too expensive when you place a small order. Not much choice of delivery and even more difficult when you are in the country. The items I order are often out of stock and the choice is sometimes limited.
actually paid 5€ of delivery on an order of 10€, it's a pity. Know that the rate you pay on our site and a rate negotiated with the post office and that we do not take any commission on it. Moreover we have set up this year the delivery via mondial relay at less than 5€ and that we have the delivery offered from 90 €.
We would like not to charge you any shipping costs or to offer you shipping costs under 5€ directly to your home but for a small company like ours it is impossible.
Concerning out of stock, the period from November to December is very busy and we can't keep up with the demand, we do our best to serve you every day.

The ordered inserts are thin and twisted
I was disappointed with the tags that included fishing flies in resin. One was marked "white background" when I received it with a yellow background and the other two had really tiny flies. I returned all three. This won't stop me from ordering more as this is the first time I've had to return products so far.

Some products have defects not visible on the photos (knot, crack, worm hole ...) Overall the prices are correct, but it is possible to find a good part of your products yesterday for less expensive. I had also asked BEFORE buying some specific products (mamouth molar) if I could have a certificate of authenticity and the origin of the product. I was told yes, no problem. Almost 2 years and a number of reminders later, still no certificate (or even no answer), result: without certificate, my customers do not want it...
The product is much clearer in real than in picture, I would have liked it much more black, as indicated by its reference, disappointed....
