Very good but a bit expensive
These are not what I ordered! They were supposed to call me in vain
The delivery was not compliant with the order. After claiming about it, I received an immediate credit with a refund of my order. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the transfer. Bank problem...? Otherwise, Mercorne is serious.
Not in conformity with my order, the measurements of the bone did not correspond so I cannot make the two folding knives I had promised; I had made my observations to the retailer in Strasbourg EKS
Wrong size.

Managing delivery errors
A good customer of yours for stabilized wood scraps, I was extremely disappointed by this purchase. I understand that it remains a batch of offcuts that can vary depending on the cut, but this time I only received pieces not exceeding 1 cm and 3/4 of purple stabilized peublier ... 90 euros to use only one 8th of my purchase !!! I'd buy again, but you'll lose me as a customer if this happens again. For the record, I hope the bag of candy wasn't in the scale!

I'm following up your message about damaged G10 plates. You should know that G10 is an extremely resistant material and that it can show surface scratches. However, these scratches are superficial and can be removed with a light sanding and polishing of the surface. Nevertheless, you can contact us to find other solutions.

Scam. Wood scraps just good enough to light the barbecue. Not usable for making or engraving small wooden objects.

Overall, the order is ok, but out of the kg of wood scraps, there are a few pieces that aren't usable at all. I'm aware that these are offcuts, but we still need to be able to put them to some use.
We're sorry you didn't find what you were looking for in the off-cuts. It's not easy for us to sort them out, knowing that they're often used to make jewelry.

Ps contant received only one plate I thought that as the wood plates the contents of the package was 2 plates elforyn the presentation of this product is confusing sold as a unit would be much clearer knives are most cases two-sided.
