I've always been very satisfied with Mercorne, I just find that they respond a little to requests but maybe they're overwhelmed / and my last package a little disappointed with the quality of the hybrid received when I had put in notation that I wanted one with nice veining. But in any case, Mercorne always satisfies my requests, and I've been happy to work with them since the beginning.
