Very beautiful handles of good quality. However, be careful with the assembly which requires a lot of precision (to the millimeter) in the case of handles + rosettes. As a fairly good handyman, I spent about 1.5 hours per pair of handles.

Hello, I received my handle, well packaged after 5 weeks instead of 15 days. I think my package was lost in the meantime because if I hadn't made a complaint, I would never have received it. I want to say that the service, after my complaint, was super responsive and I got my handle within the week. On the other hand, I sent an email for another handle order but no response.

Handles supposedly for installation on all types of doors. We have never struggled so much. A disastrous design. Screws that must go through the metallic part of the mechanism in the door. I had to cut metallic parts on their system to adapt it. In the end, we managed but after a very long time and the finish is not perfect. The sturdiness of the handles is however of good quality.
