Well arrived but error in my order !!

The handle is very good, nothing to say. But the handles are a disaster.

Shipment not in accordance with the order. Returned and I am waiting for the correct shipment

A tutorial to show how to change already installed handles would be wise.

A pair of handles ordered and paid for but only one arrived. The material is of high quality. A complete package would have been worth five stars despite a rather long delivery time.

Very beautiful handles and of good quality. Unfortunately, they were delivered with mounting screws rusted and some broke.

The colors on the site are saturated, which makes the pink much less intense than expected! Too bad!

Good quality product, easy to implement for experienced DIYers, however be careful with the delays. For me, more than 15 days late. At the end of the project, it's a significant setback. Good responsiveness from customer service after follow-up.

Multiple errors in the order: omission / incorrect dimensions / items not corresponding to the description Despite a responsive customer service and several exchanges by email, some of the problems have not been resolved. I do not think I will recommend on this site.

The matte gold color is too yellow for me. Otherwise, nice handle.

Pretty handles whose minimalist shape I appreciated. However, a bit disappointed by the material advertised as bronze when it is lacquered metal.

The product is of very good quality. The delivery time was not respected.

Handle conforms to the description, however the delivery time was very long, I finished my project 3 weeks before receiving the handle... So the project was delivered without the handle, had to go back to install it later.. Loss of stars for the delivery time.
