Delay too long..
I am very disappointed because I had requested a handle for a door pushing straight and I received a handle that seems upside down once installed!
Delivery as expected but not enough precision on certain dimensions and the square of the handle is too long... Can I return the handles and get a credit to order other handles? Thank you for your response, Best regards Florent Lançon
Handles supposedly for installation on all types of doors. We have never struggled so much. A disastrous design. Screws that must go through the metallic part of the mechanism in the door. I had to cut metallic parts on their system to adapt it. In the end, we managed but after a very long time and the finish is not perfect. The sturdiness of the handles is however of good quality.
Ordered model is ultimately not available so had to choose another model. Difficult to reach.
Poor quality! The paint is peeling.
