Bad customer service

After barely 2 months of purchase the quad no longer starts, let me tell you our disappointment and even more so that of our daughter ;(

Motor received new. It starts cold, but stalls systematically once hot. Impossible to ride normally. Customer service asked me to adjust the valves. For a new motorcycle, it is absolutely not normal to have to do this type of technical intervention. It is not the customer's responsibility to correct a defect upon receipt. Moreover, despite several emails sent, customer service does not respond. No follow-up, no solution proposed to date. Very disappointed with the quality of the product. I do not recommend.

Battery autonomy largely unsatisfactory, nonexistent customer service. I advise against the experience.

The stock clerk made a mistake with the fairings, I returned them and now I have been waiting for my refund since December

Damaged package, deco kit damaged, frame bent

Ordered an engine guard and received it bent with a crushed box, shameful given the shipping costs

Order of a complete engine kit, electrical harness recommended by mini Mx, after receiving the order the harness does not fit and they say it is normal without knowing which wire goes with which wire

The motorcycle doesn't work anymore

Damaged package received, motorcycle part also damaged but for the company it's normal, it's a factory defect, so no commercial gesture, I will not order from them again

Not the same motorcycle, no oil radiator, no 24 carburetor, not the same type of engine

Wrong reference received and I'm told that it's indeed what I ordered

Way too long

Delivery times are very long, no communication with customers, I do not recommend

Total disappointment, behind the aesthetics hides poor quality... after purchasing a 50 pocket cross motorcycle, first start-up, the starter cord broke after 2 pulls, it starts well so had to disassemble by a professional and the verdict is final, crankshaft warped, ignition bell slightly oval so it rubs against the ignition sensor... let's add to this once repaired that it is unable to climb a slope of 10% because the clutch is too weak and does not grip at all... I also pass the warped front brake disc that does not allow for correct wheel rotation... in the end this pocket had a lifespan of 30 minutes maximum before ending up in the trash... being a witness to the scene, I can only imagine the child's disappointment, therefore I strongly advise against, sincerely.

The order was not delivered at all to the chosen pickup point but to an imposed pickup point far from our home.

Following the shipment of the wheel, I noticed that the brake disc was warped due to a shock and a screw from the crown and the box itself was torn upon receipt

I have never ordered anything from MiniMX, there is always an error in the email address

The box arrived completely crushed, parts were missing and the fork was not straight

My package arrived warped so I couldn't mount the wheel on the motorcycle and I'm still waiting for a response from you to know what solution we can consider

I dealt with a bunch of "Tocar" and dishonest people, very unhappy... I ordered a Quad on November 10... a month later still nothing and they ask me for 100 euros more to receive it because they made a mistake on the price... thanks to the site mini rider for raising the level and sending me the same quad at the same price without an additional euro... I strongly advise against mini mx...

Surprised to assemble the Fork!!!!!!! Packaging of the motorcycle mediocre, basic box, we have to assemble the motorcycle almost entirely!!! Never seen that !!!!! Useless useless... Zero!!!! Let's see if it works!!!! Saw assembly on YouTube and deliveries have nothing to do with the package I received!!!! Zero rating

I received my red 300cc dirt bike with scratches on the side and on the front fender, very disappointed... apart from that the motorcycle runs very well

Quad received with broken parts, I am offered to come pick it up while I just ask for replacement parts. I am told that it is assembled like that from the factory, while the broken plastic pieces are indeed present in the box.. strange, usually no issues with them. I am left speechless... anyway

Order never received, no solution from the sales service, first disappointing experience with MiniMX. I do not recommend this site.

Very long delivery, almost 1 month to receive the package

I ordered a motorcycle from MiniMX, but unfortunately the model received does not match the one I selected. I contacted customer service by phone, who directed me to an email address for my request to be handled. To date, more than 10 days after sending my message, I have not yet received a response. I hope to receive a reply soon to resolve this situation under good conditions.
