Very nice product, however during assembly there were some surprises, fuel filter clogged at its end (probably a factory defect), then the fuel tap also obstructed leaving only an insufficient flow for the carburation.

Satisfied with the product in general, however not at all satisfied with the shipping as the product was ordered on May 6 and received 1 month later even though we still paid 50 euros for shipping fees.

I am disappointed with this experience. I ordered a motorcycle for my son's birthday that was supposed to be delivered on June 2 or 3. I received it today, June 8. Knowing that we pay €50 for shipping, etc., and no commercial gesture was offered considering the delivery delay. As for the motorcycle, very good motorcycle received in perfect condition. But really, the delivery times need to be reviewed.

Order of two similar quads, one arrived with a broken brake handle, the other with the plastic part that adjusts the quad's power, also broken. Aside from that, the quads work well, to see over time.

All parts are compliant except the head gasket.

Top bike, on the other hand, delivered with a defective charger that never worked

Transport a bit longer than expected, gift nonexistent in the package but the motorcycle I ordered for my son is of good quality and works very well, but I don't necessarily have feedback he has only used it twice to see how it holds up over time

The customer service is very responsive but unfortunately my decoration kit is not the right size for my bastos

Good quality product...a hole to be tapped anyway. Delivery too long despite the holidays (more than 10 days)...Product arrived after my son's birthday.

I am happy to have bought the motorcycle. But once you have a broken part, it is very difficult to get a response. I am trying to find a solution and no one responds or provides a solution for a defective part that is broken, when I receive information from sellers and technicians, it is completely different. It's a shame.

Quad arriving 1 week late... the kite deco has bubbles everywhere and I think that for people who know nothing about mechanics, the carburetor adjustment and parallelism should be done at the factory. Otherwise, the quad works well, the performance is not crazy at all but for a ride, it does the job

Hello, I am a bit disappointed with the quality of the parts. I had ordered parts and I had waited for less than a month and in exchange I got nothing great.

I received the cracked dirt shoe and not the right color after all the rest of my order was correct except for this!

Fast delivery but the bike certificate does not match the commercial name on the invoice, so no subsidy possible. The support responds at first but ends up with no solution, no certificate for the sold bike. €400 lost.

Almost 10 days of waiting without notifications and one of the two wheels has an aluminum hub, the spacers are different and the rear has a flower disc while the front is round like the original, I don't think I will buy from this store again.

Hello everyone, regarding delivery, the service is not very precise because instead of 48 hours, the motorcycle took 1 week to arrive. On the day of my first ride with the motorcycle, the battery was dead or empty, I don't know yet, but what I do know is that I had to start it manually the whole ride, after a warranty request the site asked for a video to prove this.!

Scratches everywhere on the motorcycle, decoration kit that does not hold, clutch (engine stored without storage oil... so clutch non-functional... dry engine. Delivery not on time without commercial gesture...

Delivered 6 days later against the "24h/48h delivery" promised on the site. And no complete instructions for the entire assembly of the quad to be done.

I find the helmet poorly designed as a road and cross biker, really poorly conceived.

Appointment not honored, they give an appointment during closing hours. Forced to wait 1 hour and no excuses.
