Too many parts do not hold up, poor quality that's all, the price should not be an excuse. Do not buy minimx brand parts. It's a waste of time and money. Poor machining, filings, burrs, dents, poorly done paint. Site that prefers to steal you 16€ of gift voucher, while I have to order 2 motorcycles (more 1850€ anyway) by the end of the year..... The main lines: I had to claim my points for a Pocket cross purchase. Points that were attributed to me in the form of a gift voucher valid for 1 year. And looking at my account I see that it is only valid for 10 days !!!!! Already a lie. I contact them by phone, they tell me that it is indeed valid for 1 year. Big lie...... And as I told them, my voucher has disappeared !!!!!! Since then no response from them, all my emails remain unanswered ........ All this for 16€ while I make quite a few orders !!!!! And last thing regarding the orders: Very often the selected gift is not included in the package. My last order: Ordered a 125cc ignition Received a 140cc one !!!!!! The flywheel puller, the first two threads of the screw received a shock, had to redo the threading for it to work properly ... I said nothing at the time except for the ignition where I wanted to be sure it would fit my engine ?!?!?! But for the rest I managed. But I do not appreciate at all their way of diverting the discount vouchers they grant us or that we have to claim our points earned with our orders when it is one of their selling arguments....

Hello, At no time do we delete or withdraw gift vouchers granted to our customers, I think you are not looking in the right place on your account and after verification they are correctly listed (the voucher for the points and your gift voucher for the commercial gesture). Loyalty points are valid for 1 year and not 10 days, I confirm it again! You have converted your loyalty points (menu my loyalty points) into a gift voucher checked in the menu "Your discount vouchers", the validity date is noted 30/09/2023 (so 1 year) and the voucher is indeed available on your customer account (I have verified it). Following our last conversation a commercial gesture has been credited to your account for the transport at 11.95 valid also for one year and expires on 21/10/2023. The ignitions for 125cc are the same for 140cc 150cc, 88cc, 107cc, 110cc because the ignitions are not a notion of engine power, the indication on the products/item sheets is more of an indication helping to sell and inform the customer of its compatibility, so no worries it fits. Regarding loyalty points, they convert after 15 days after delivery, also leaving a delay for the return of the merchandise if needed. We allow ourselves to "by pass" the delay when our customers ask us out of courtesy but normally it is 15 days after delivery. We always respond and try to be understanding when there is a "problem" our goal being to satisfy our customers as best as possible and we have proven it to you during your delivery issue. I sincerely hope you will take the time to check your customer account and confirm my statements, if you have a problem we are always available by phone email or chat and we strive to respond to all our customers non-stop from 9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. For the Minimix service nothing to say, my order was shipped the same day, customer service is attentive. However, as for their delivery partner (schenker) it's really nonsense, to reach their customer service is really not easy because no one answers the phone the chatbot on the site makes you wait 20 minutes telling you that an agent will join the conversation. Once you manage to reach them and delivery is scheduled they offer you a super wide time slot from 10 AM to 4 PM for you to figure out how to free yourself. Which is quite unprofessional since a delivery person has a delivery route to do during the day as well as the distances between each delivery point so they have the possibility to give an approximate arrival time.
