All the parts were perfect except the clutch cable repair kit I received an accelerator cable and I was supposed to have a gift that I did not get a disappointed eye

Technical advice not great

I am very disappointed with my order. The deco kit does not fit at all on the Varetti 150cc. Of course, the costs are at my expense. Moreover, I was offered a Monster board as a gift which was replaced by another one that I will do nothing with. Great

I ordered a dirt oneil I received it after 1 week knowing that the site says 72h maximum and there was a missing bolt at the level of the fork tightening collar

Motorcycle received on time, a lot of things to assemble not easy for beginners, deco kit already glued with quite a few bubbles on it

The deco kit is not 'plug & play', 2 modifications are necessary for adaptation, inner tube OK, the gripster is ok but does not match the photo, and rim tape of poor quality: it tore during assembly!

Product not corresponding (not suitable?) for the vehicle while it was specified compatible... No technical sheet for the vehicles. Only the chat works during office hours... Too bad, this has happened several times (3 times). That I order various products and always something. Disappointed...

Good site but a bit slow

The site bugs a lot to the point that I can't remove purchases from my cart and therefore can't place an order, the motorcycle I bought on this site two weeks ago has an electrical manufacturing problem and my inner tube is dead due to quality negligence, very happy at first but ended up being very disappointed!

2 orders 2 problems, ipod grease pot already opened with fingerprints and the loyalty point system still very slow to update

Hello, when I ordered on the site there was a Monster deco kit offered and nothing at delivery

Good motorcycle only flaw the starter is already broken with only 5 starts so disappointed

I ordered a new CRZ 125S and was delivered a used one, problem solved by phone and sending a new one a few days later. Despite this problem you resolved it quickly

The site is not too badly done. A missing product. Another received does not match the description. They do not give me any information if I can have the right product. The customer service leaves much to be desired. In short... not very serious.

The springs for the line are missing

Nickel except for the delivery company

Ordered material functional but not adaptable. Had to cut part of the battery support and the push rod of the master cylinder is too short, had to adapt an intermediate piece.
