Damaged control handle, defect on top

Product description really bad, the word adaptation needs to be reviewed. A product that is said to be adaptable on certain motorcycles means for me some holes to make or something basic and not starting to cut or having to make parts to be able to fix it

Following the purchase of a 125 mx quad, some disappointments: the black and white handlebar mouse has a big yellow stain, I noticed a socket to charge the battery but no charger provided, instructions only in English and I think globally for several quads because the assembly instructions do not match exactly with the provided elements and especially a problem with the drum, I think a machining issue but which completely prevents the use of the quad. I have reported the information to customer service and am waiting for a response from them, hoping to receive a replacement part very quickly..

Front brake shoe broken and does not start

Lack of transparency on prices. I waited for the famous Black Friday to order thinking I was getting a good deal. The following Monday the motorcycle I bought cost 200 euros less. With the promo code, I would have saved about 100 euros on the vehicle. So obviously disappointed. I was thinking of buying a helmet too, but I bought it elsewhere.

Technical advice not great

I am very disappointed with my order. The deco kit does not fit at all on the Varetti 150cc. Of course, the costs are at my expense. Moreover, I was offered a Monster board as a gift which was replaced by another one that I will do nothing with. Great

I ordered a dirt oneil I received it after 1 week knowing that the site says 72h maximum and there was a missing bolt at the level of the fork tightening collar

Shipping costs are too expensive

Motorcycle received on time, a lot of things to assemble not easy for beginners, deco kit already glued with quite a few bubbles on it

The deco kit is not 'plug & play', 2 modifications are necessary for adaptation, inner tube OK, the gripster is ok but does not match the photo, and rim tape of poor quality: it tore during assembly!

Product not corresponding (not suitable?) for the vehicle while it was specified compatible... No technical sheet for the vehicles. Only the chat works during office hours... Too bad, this has happened several times (3 times). That I order various products and always something. Disappointed...

Good site but a bit slow

The site bugs a lot to the point that I can't remove purchases from my cart and therefore can't place an order, the motorcycle I bought on this site two weeks ago has an electrical manufacturing problem and my inner tube is dead due to quality negligence, very happy at first but ended up being very disappointed!

2 orders 2 problems, ipod grease pot already opened with fingerprints and the loyalty point system still very slow to update

I did not receive my valve adjustment shims while I ordered them, I received everything else but not the shims. I sent them an email and no response, thank you!
