I ordered the motorcycle on the Italian site for delivery in Italy. The order arrived in about 15 days. The WhatsApp tracking number in Italy is absolutely extraordinary! I received very quick and precise responses regarding my questions about the delivery. Then, once the motorcycle was delivered, there was a wheel that wouldn't inflate. I contacted them and they quickly sent me new inner tubes. I also had questions about assembling the motorcycle and about the chain that fell off after 2 days of use, and they sent me YouTube videos on these topics. I would give more than 5 stars to customer service in Italy if I could, as it is really rare to come across someone who is so responsive and efficient. Otherwise, the motorcycle for my 10-year-old son is good, but I find that the gears are a bit too hard for him to change, and it's also a shame that there is no indicator for the fuel.

We bought a motorcycle for a 6-year-old, apart from the quality of all the material which was excellent, the delivery was delayed. The company did everything to ensure that the delivery was made before Christmas. They kept us informed of the progress and even wanted to send us a gift in case the package was not delivered on time. 5/5 well deserved.

Good, but on my motorcycle order, I would have appreciated being able to make an appointment before delivery, rather than the delivery person coming for nothing the first time. There is also a missing dust cover (I have one in stock fortunately) but it's a shame so that's one star less.

I wanted to buy a pocket cross for my son for Christmas, full of doubts about the reviews on the different sites selling it, minimx seemed the least 'risky' so I ordered a small Diamond. Unfortunately, GLS circulated my package through their different sites and the delivery took longer than expected... I contacted minimx customer service who was able to respond to my requests and the motorcycle arrived the next day. The box arrived badly damaged at my place, I do not thank GLS! However, I send a HUGE thank you to the minimx team and especially to Beaudelaire who graciously sent me a fork set as well as a broken starter during delivery! Thank you minimx, I will order from you again and recommend you, the customer service is really top-notch, go there with your eyes closed, have a great end of year celebration!
