Hello, when I ordered on the site there was a Monster deco kit offered and nothing at delivery

A bit disappointed there were missing screws and the fuel hoses not cool my son was disappointed

Good motorcycle only flaw the starter is already broken with only 5 starts so disappointed

The ignition switch does not stay engaged. Have to put an elastic band to keep it engaged

I ordered a new CRZ 125S and was delivered a used one, problem solved by phone and sending a new one a few days later. Despite this problem you resolved it quickly

The site is not too badly done. A missing product. Another received does not match the description. They do not give me any information if I can have the right product. The customer service leaves much to be desired. In short... not very serious.

The springs for the line are missing

Ordered material functional but not adaptable. Had to cut part of the battery support and the push rod of the master cylinder is too short, had to adapt an intermediate piece.

Well... I was thinking of having a commercial gesture following the first order of the motorcycle or the tank was cracked. I had to wait about 1 week before the son faced it for the first time.

I ordered a dirt 150 mini mx but due to a stock shortage they switched me to the model above, a 150bw CRZ 2023. I received the motorcycle, there were 2 of us with a friend who bought it, he received 2 left forks, I unboxed and the handlebar bridge screws, front wheel axle, and spacers were missing. 1 week later I received the parts after numerous calls to the brand, I did not receive the correct spacers so they sent me the right ones. I was able to use the motorcycle 2 weeks after receiving it.
