Lack of transparency on prices. I waited for the famous Black Friday to order thinking I was getting a good deal. The following Monday the motorcycle I bought cost 200 euros less. With the promo code, I would have saved about 100 euros on the vehicle. So obviously disappointed. I was thinking of buying a helmet too, but I bought it elsewhere.

Issues with my exhaust, they were very responsive and quite quick, unfortunately they did not send me the right part but I have no doubt they will remedy it following the next review....
