Announcement of delivery in 48-72h, and I was called to set a delivery date almost 1 week later. Nothing was done to speed up the process, I received nothing extra, not even a 'sorry'. But well, we must appreciate the fact that the MinMx team always answered my emails/calls and thus my questions !!

Top delivery, top purchase. Simple and intuitive assembly. No disappointment with the purchase. If there was a complaint to make, it would be about the black and white images in the booklet. Sometimes a bit too dark. But if you are used to assembling objects, it doesn't pose a real problem.

The advisor does not help the customer, just goes around in circles for nothing and in the end says the same thing on the phone and via email. I advise you to change him because he is not listening and to get a response from him you have to ask the same question 20 times, if he is not capable of meeting our needs he should change jobs, best regards.
