3 times I ordered from you. Payment refused, I reorder my items. You always promise gifts but I never receive them in the packages. And when I call, I get people who are not commercial who in 10 minutes say that the package has already been shipped.
This is not the right model. A return is possible.
Navigation ok. Delivery ok. The repair kit includes a good half of parts that are not compatible with the carburetor reference. So I am disappointed because I lost time.

I did not receive my complete order, product description was incorrect and advice by phone was bad, the ignition does not fit with the original steering wheel. Very disappointed, I will not repeat the experience.

Three orders on this site and three times disappointed... An engine that never started... Service response change the oil so it starts.... And after several phone calls I'm still waiting for a technician to call me for 3 years... Ordered a complete bike received with a punctured inner tube... And the last of my orders a lever kit of more than mediocre quality... This will really be my last order at minimx If I can give advice it's to quickly avoid this site unless you need nothing...
Hello, kick ordered and received late 48h delay to forget and it's junk after installing it and kicking 3/4 times the ball no longer does its job of holding. I got injured because it returned to the kick position while riding. Not great and price a bit high for the result and supposedly express delivery. DISAPPOINTED
The counter does not work. I am really angry. I demand a refund

Problem with my order 1st mask out of stock while it is announced 20 pieces in stock on the site so change of product I choose another mask and then computer bug 2 times !!! 1 month after my order still nothing received so I asked for a refund to order elsewhere unfortunately
Order placed on 13/01/22 with delivery mode in less than 72 hours paid extra to finally receive my package 5 days later 18/01/22!!

I ordered a 250 erz crz in November footpeg spring broken front brake lever screw stripped front wheel completely bent, the after-sales service leaves much to be desired at the time no footpeg spring so they let me fend for myself, I bought the bike for 2000€ plus the equipment 500€ it's still abusive. On the other hand, when people like fast55000... make crappy videos they are given gifts and parts to make your site work. Ensure your after-sales service that would already be not bad
I never received my order
After-sales service leaves much to be desired, it's better not to be broken down with a bike, because it's up to us to manage. This is my case had a problem with a CRZ 150 bike so contacted the service by phone then by email as they asked me, it's been more than a week, no news from them.

The sender did not do what was necessary for customs. I had to take care of it myself to have the package released.
There is always a problem with you, delivery of parts that have nothing to do with the order or I had to be refunded because you manage your stock poorly and you seek no solution
I was charged. Cancelled the order without giving me a reason for it....the refund was partial..
No commercial gesture proposed. Blackmail on the return price at your expense.
4 out of 5 damaged parts. Order received with items not intended for me and my decoration kit was not in my package, I do not recommend Mini Mx.
