Fast delivery

I would have given 5 stars but on my last order from Thursday, the order was still being prepared despite the whole Friday to ship the order, thus blocking my weekend without parts. A bit disappointed knowing that I paid for express delivery at €12 and the express delivery that changes nothing because delivered at 4 pm in the afternoon while paying almost €12 for delivery.

Fortunately, the customer service is good

The rim was unprotected in the damaged box, fortunately the rim was in good condition

Pay + 10€ for express delivery, arrives in 1 week, almost not express at all, otherwise great

Hello, I received the motorcycle but I received it with scratches on the cartridge and the front right fairing slightly but visible. I was missing a 10mm screw, so I had to go buy screws in the store. First start and the carburetor came off, so with my average knowledge, I think this is not normal. I tightened it, it seems to hold. I did not expect to receive a used motorcycle with defects like those I explained to you, for this I hope for a commercial gesture from you.

I am missing the deco kit, you told me you would send me one, you still haven't done it.

I ordered a brake pedal on the seller's advice, he sent me the wrong one since he didn't have the one that fits my motorcycle. I received it, it doesn't fit, I contacted him to return it, he never wanted to, he made me go through customer service to get a refund. So be careful, he pushes for sales.

The engine was wrapped in bubble wrap... without even a piece of polystyrene... 2 small boxes clearly already opened containing, in my humble opinion, half of the parts it was supposed to contain... I received a simple flexible sleeve with a gasket, 4 screws, a sprocket cover. In my opinion, the intake manifold is missing, the very specific gear selector for this type of engine, a flat kick that is not offset (if you want to keep your feet on the footpegs)... I am on the verge of returning the engine...

Inner tube of poor quality, too fragile, valve that gave way without forcing.

Missing screws, carburetor missing screws as well.. bent handlebars.. it looks like a lot for a new motorcycle, it seems like used, too bad. I hope it will be addressed.. too bad I didn't take a photo

I ordered a 150 lx mini drift, one fork was defective, the after-sales service was very quick 'super', they are sending me forks but not the original one, so I have to change the front brake caliper up to the master cylinder and the original fork cover fairings don't fit my new forks, so I have no fork protection...

The deco kit is poorly copied and does not fit at all on the opposite cover of the exhaust outlet. Moreover, the advice given for installation indicated to put a little soapy water before installation to be able to adjust the kit, but as a result, the kit no longer sticks... Anyway, it's a shame for this product.

Several parts not received in good condition.

Hello, I recently ordered a clutch and front brake lever kit. It was clearly specified that it was CRZ finishes and even on the packaging it was written CRZ. But the front brake lever did not fit at all on the master cylinder of my CRZ 140 from 2018. A bit disappointed given the price and the time it took me to install it. Best regards, Tony

Carburetor received scratched on the intake side, starter of poor quality. Order linked to a customer service issue, it's not serious.

It is a 24 MM carburetor and not a 26.

Spark plug perfect, anti-parasite perfect, but CDI broken, does not work.

Very fast delivery

I received my order for a CRZ 300 in 4-5 by db schenker. Careful delivery but the motorcycle seat was damaged, I received a small compensation and important missing screws that I have been waiting for a month. The customer service is responsive but answers a bit off expectations.

So my package was completely smashed as if it had been thrown. I paid 11 euros to be delivered the next day, I only received it on Wednesday, and when I called for a refund of shipping costs, they said it was not our fault, it was because of Chronopost. Anyway, it's the first time I order from this site, but I am really disappointed with the site.
