I bought a helmet on 14/11/21 following the seller's size chart and based on my old helmet which is of the same brand and model, just the color changes. Once received, I noticed something was wrong, so I called customer service for the absurd exchange terms in 2021. Returns are at the customer's expense and the representative did not want to hear anything, no gesture!!! For a safety equipment... In short, for me, this site is not reliable.

I do not recommend this site at all, beware of the plastic kit. I received mine, one side mounted super well without problems, without misalignments, the other side has a big misalignment. A long story, I called MINIMX to inquire about the end of the promotion on the kayo 140cc, they told me on 07/10/2021 that the promotion would end the next day, so on 08/10/2021 I hurriedly made a payment in 4 installments. 5 days later the promotion had not disappeared, still on promotion, even cheaper by 100 euros. I consider this a lie from customer service and a scam, they want nothing to do with it!!! Small issue with the motorcycle, broken fairing, damaged oil radiator, not too much polluting welding, a shame not to control the machines during assembly.
