The motorcycle I received is full of problems. Given the price, with the electric starter that doesn't work, a dead fuse, the deco kit glued hastily, this was my first and last order.

Too bad the line normally intended for a CRF 110 frame does not fit. I had to modify my original line for the mounting and alignment of the cartridge. The UNI air filter ordered in 51 for a 28 type PWK carburetor is too big, I had to tighten it all the way and still the hold is not great. I am a good customer with you. I hope to receive at least a commercial gesture from you for the inconvenience caused.

The quality of the products is good and the prices are reasonable. But there is really a lack of the possibility to check the compatibility of the parts with each other.

I was not informed that my package had arrived at the pickup point so the order was returned to minimx. I had to place a new order and the price of the product has significantly increased and moreover for this package too I was not informed.

Correct delivery

I bought a Lifan 125 engine, timing chain misaligned, valve clearance not good, with that I took the stage 2 ignition, the CDI does not work and neither does the coil

I paid for next day delivery by 1 PM at the latest and I only received it the day after tomorrow. I contacted customer service who found no solutions or compensation

Delivery 24/48h not respected. We are still waiting for the motorcycles. Following the purchase of 2 motorcycles, we still have not received our loyalty points... the next order will be on SmallMx.

Good discount on products but unfortunately I received my helmet with defects.. not too serious but annoying nonetheless.

Despite a reactive presence on customer service (email, phone), there is a big issue with the knowledge of the material sold.

Fast shipping but the item has already been used. And since the return is at my expense...

For the delivery, nothing to say. We received the quad in December, it was a gift for our son. First use today, no way to start it, impossible... Disappointment for our son and for us, given the price... The quad hasn't even been used yet and it already needs to go for repairs...

I received the complete wheel but the problem is that the rim was very damaged. Otherwise it's okay.

The site is great, nothing to say, the customer service is great and responsive. However, during the assembly of the quad I had some surprises, while mounting the front cover on the handlebar axle I had to bend the mounting bracket so that the fairings do not rub and the same at the seat level. For a product at €600 on sale I find that a bit mediocre. Nothing justifies the additional €200 for the same type of quad on other sites. (ps: the gift product was not there but that's a detail)

Good site but a very big mistake on a cylinder head gasket, the chat bubble in the bottom left is not great, if you do anything else during a conversation, even just the phone, it turns off and you surely leave the conversation and cannot rejoin it, yet there is good responsiveness after a request to go through email one day between each response, so almost.

Products matching the search, except for the front brake lever which was too wide, but it does the job.... Received my order in 2 days, great. Thank you team.

After checking the package, I called the headquarters who told me to send an email to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Since then, no news!!!

No parts matched my motorcycle so return at my expense of 15 euros very disappointed
