I would have given 5 stars but on my last order from Thursday, the order was still being prepared despite the whole Friday to ship the order, thus blocking my weekend without parts. A bit disappointed knowing that I paid for express delivery at €12 and the express delivery that changes nothing because delivered at 4 pm in the afternoon while paying almost €12 for delivery.

Order of a children's quad. Despite very good protection of the package (metal frame inside the box) the quad's casing was damaged. After sending photos and explanation to customer service 3 days later a new casing was delivered to the house. I highly recommend this site.

Hello, while browsing the site, I saw many pieces of equipment related to my purchase, which somewhat decided me. The only small downside is that some data is missing which I think is important. I want to express a detail about the small motor and concerning the color of the wires related to the connection which is different from that of the small quad for which I ordered.
