My opinion is that when you pay 13€ more to receive your package the next day, but I only received my package a week later, how do you plan to refund me?
Navigation is really not great, very few parts offered for CRZ ERZ 250 and the few you have are either out of stock or do not correspond to the original. After-sales service gives the impression that they know nothing about mechanics and the parts offered. Delivery is acceptable as long as you receive what you ordered and paid for.
The after-sales service is useless...

0 points! Ordered a swingarm for 250€, received a bad part. They asked me to pay the return shipping costs when it was their mistake. I do not recommend this site, go to the competition that takes responsibility when they make mistakes in orders.
The delivery was delayed by several months, but the most annoying was the incompetence of customer service, no news from them, they did not inform us of the delay, we were therefore forced to chase them several times by phone, they were frankly unpleasant on the phone and even dared to respond "well, you can just cancel your order". And finally, the commitment to offer us 74€ in gift vouchers was not respected. It is pathetic to consider a customer so little. We will never renew our experience with this site.

No parts available for the 250 crz. Fast54000 is just a dream seller when they say that spare parts are available. In short, not a serious brand at all.
