New fuel filter that leaks right after installation.... I hope for a commercial gesture from MiniMX.

Engine is fine but I received a CDI that doesn't work so I'm quite disappointed...

Already ordered from you and no problems, but this time for the order placed on the 12th I still haven't received anything, often the problem with CHRONOPOST and their tracking is mediocre. That's why 3 stars otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Good discount on products but unfortunately I received my helmet with defects.. not too serious but annoying nonetheless.

Despite a reactive presence on customer service (email, phone), there is a big issue with the knowledge of the material sold.

Fast shipping but the item has already been used. And since the return is at my expense...

For the delivery, nothing to say. We received the quad in December, it was a gift for our son. First use today, no way to start it, impossible... Disappointment for our son and for us, given the price... The quad hasn't even been used yet and it already needs to go for repairs...

I received the complete wheel but the problem is that the rim was very damaged. Otherwise it's okay.

The site is great, nothing to say, the customer service is great and responsive. However, during the assembly of the quad I had some surprises, while mounting the front cover on the handlebar axle I had to bend the mounting bracket so that the fairings do not rub and the same at the seat level. For a product at €600 on sale I find that a bit mediocre. Nothing justifies the additional €200 for the same type of quad on other sites. (ps: the gift product was not there but that's a detail)

Good site but a very big mistake on a cylinder head gasket, the chat bubble in the bottom left is not great, if you do anything else during a conversation, even just the phone, it turns off and you surely leave the conversation and cannot rejoin it, yet there is good responsiveness after a request to go through email one day between each response, so almost.

Products matching the search, except for the front brake lever which was too wide, but it does the job.... Received my order in 2 days, great. Thank you team.

After checking the package, I called the headquarters who told me to send an email to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Since then, no news!!!

No parts matched my motorcycle so return at my expense of 15 euros very disappointed

It would be better to detail the description of the parts. When ordering a brake caliper, it was not mentioned that the brake pads were delivered with the caliper. There are not enough spare parts, such as wheel axles that go with the forks, or screws for the brake calipers or the attachment to body elements. Delivery times are good.

The line is adaptable, a cut is mandatory for a 125 sx, the silencer is really big. Otherwise nice and sounds nicer.

I returned the hose, it was not the right one and I have a problem with the CDI V2 reprogrammed.

First time on it, rear wheel inner tube that is flat while the complete wheel is 'new'.

Fast delivery, only problem I ordered a blue cable I received a black cable without being notified while the item is marked in stock on the site. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

It's a shame there aren't as many spare parts for all the machines sold, plastic kit, deco kit, air filter, oil filter, etc. I hope there will be more choices in the future.

Part arrived quickly but mediocre quality

The delivery took more than a week due to a lack of API between Oney and the minimx site. In the end, I had to prove that I had received a confirmation from Oney for my order to be processed when I was assured that the order would be processed as soon as the information was received from Oney. In short, poor handling and no compensation for the error.

Out of 2 orders placed, each time there was a problem. Merchandise that remains of good quality. Very professional customer service and attentive. I only give 2 stars because I am partly disappointed not to be able to enjoy my parts as soon as I received them.

The site lacks categories for searching for parts. Also, before there was a small sticker that was provided with the order, it's not much but it always feels good to have a little gift.
