The delivery was fast but disappointed with the product

First time on it, rear wheel inner tube that is flat while the complete wheel is 'new'.

I am on my 4th motorcycle ordered from you for a discount voucher of 27 euros, I find it very poorly placed on your part even though the motorcycles are of very good quality hoping to receive a good gesture from you.

Fast delivery, only problem I ordered a blue cable I received a black cable without being notified while the item is marked in stock on the site. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

It's a shame there aren't as many spare parts for all the machines sold, plastic kit, deco kit, air filter, oil filter, etc. I hope there will be more choices in the future.

Part arrived quickly but mediocre quality

The delivery took more than a week due to a lack of API between Oney and the minimx site. In the end, I had to prove that I had received a confirmation from Oney for my order to be processed when I was assured that the order would be processed as soon as the information was received from Oney. In short, poor handling and no compensation for the error.

Out of 2 orders placed, each time there was a problem. Merchandise that remains of good quality. Very professional customer service and attentive. I only give 2 stars because I am partly disappointed not to be able to enjoy my parts as soon as I received them.

Good product but in terms of delivery they are not on time, I made an express order for the next day and I only received it 4 days later.

The site lacks categories for searching for parts. Also, before there was a small sticker that was provided with the order, it's not much but it always feels good to have a little gift.

Well-designed site, but I don't think the adaptable parts really fit unless you have a lathe, a milling machine, etc....

Hello, I ordered a quick pull for a dirt bike and I received a used part with marks on it, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The site is good but after two orders with them, both are not the correct references (Mikuni jets not compatible and head gaskets either) might as well buy directly on Aliexpress + Impossible to make a return because the return costs are obviously at my expense, the handling and shipping costs at the time of order will probably not be refunded either, so in the end you will lose more money making a return than what you will recover.

Missing screws for valve cover

Mixed review, one product out of three is not great and does not fit directly without modification, among other things the ordered exhaust line is unsuitable for the received cartridge even though it's a set, engine protection cover modified as it does not fit all horizontal 4t engines without starter (crz125). ...

Box too big for the parts. Piston without protection to move around in it. I was offered a sticker that I did not receive. The same day another order arrived from one of your competitors with 7 stickers inside in addition to the parts. I was told on the day of the order delivery the next day, well no delivery 4 days later.

Satisfied with my order, except for the sprocket lock delivered without fixing screws.

Good site, plenty of choices but a lot of low-end stuff at the same price as the brand. Might as well take the brand directly, for spare parts or complete engines, there are often missing parts.

As for the ordering part, nothing to say, where it gets complicated is after, I pay to be delivered the next day, so on Friday before 1 PM no reception, I call and they tell me warehouse error, you will receive your package tomorrow Saturday and then I receive an email from Chronopost telling me that I will be delivered on Monday, so my son couldn't compete.

Very good value for money motorcycle, ultra fast delivery! Surely a bit too much given the state of the received box, unfortunately some parts were broken and the decoration kit poorly glued, very annoying for a normally new motorcycle. I received a 40 euro discount voucher on the site for the inconvenience, but I am disappointed with my purchase, a bad experience for me.

Customer service gives wrong information and responds 1 out of 5 times

Very good site, be careful with returns because it's at our expense and I just paid for it. Return of a helmet that was too small despite good measurements, 17€ for return.

The intake pipe is only 26, not 30.

Good value for money but lacks choice regarding plastic stickers.
