Poor quality staff and bad advice!
Disappointed with the last delivery
Delivery the next day before 1 PM. You receive it in 1 working week
I paid to be delivered in 48 hours and 14 days later still no package, and customer service kindly told me to sort it out with Chronopost.
Ordered and paid for equipment only to learn a few days later that one of the two items is unavailable, so I have to go find it elsewhere. Then, after receiving the items in stock, no information on connections either by phone or by email to customer service who know no more! Equipment claimed to be compatible which ultimately is not. Disappointed because the site is quite complete but not up to date and customer service lacks knowledge of the equipment.
The carb doesn't work at all

Hello, I regret to inform you that I am not very satisfied with the 26mm CARBURETOR due to poor machining of the slide, so I cannot use my accelerator cable properly, making the part more useful for screws than anything else. But I do not hold it against you; you can see I have reordered a MIKUNI 26mm carburetor from you!

In a word CATASTROPHIC 3 orders placed and 3 problems First order Ref 0001196426, the tapered bearings were not the right ones, I returned them and I never received a refund... order N 2 ref 0001200251 never arrived and was returned to the sender for no reason... order n3 ref 0001199329 same as order number 2 I called to have my parts resent and apparently that is not possible. To date I have received no refunds. If by the end of the week I do not have a refund, I will block transactions via Mastercard. We can conclude that the service is deplorable, I strongly advise against this site

Not the right one
I ordered a rear brake kit for a CRZ on 03-01-2020 and received a kit for an Apollo. So I returned the part to minimix, thinking it would arrive. ON 20-01-2021 I placed the same order again, making sure to click on the CRZ model, and checking the photo to ensure it was the same part, and once again I received the same part as on 03-01-2020, which is a kit for an Apollo. On my first return, I even made a drawing to the size of my part with my phone number while waiting for a response, but nothing, so I think I will go see your competitors.
