I received a defective part, rear brake master cylinder, poor quality.

I paid for express delivery which is absolutely not the case and no commercial gesture from Mini MX. I find this completely unfair, even if it is not them who deliver. I pay for a service on their site, it is up to them to ensure that the announced and paid delivery time at the order is respected!!! No promo code, no credit note, absolutely no gesture from them!! It's shameful.

Very good site, and very professional overall. Listening to customers, just a shame that the delivery people are not as professional.
