Motorcycle as in the photos, I had a small problem with the tank that had a leak I contacted customer service and as the comments said and to my great surprise ultra responsive customer service response within the day and they are sending me a new tank it is currently on its way! Bravo minimx

Product insufficiently protected for transport

I received my package in accordance with what was expected but received just the wheel in a cardboard box without any protection and the box was damaged and torn, so not great

Quad received with broken parts, I am offered to come pick it up while I just ask for replacement parts. I am told that it is assembled like that from the factory, while the broken plastic pieces are indeed present in the box.. strange, usually no issues with them. I am left speechless... anyway

After testing, I validate, I find the clutch lever a bit hard though and need to review the access to the starter as it's complicated. Otherwise, the bike is top-notch, I recommend it.

Aaah it's sure it's not expensive and you can find quite a few parts but they often lack details on the sizes of certain parts or other necessary information for specific searches for our motorcycle

Super quality bike, just need to assemble it and see if it works well but I think there won't be any issues, just a small downside, delivery was much longer than expected, 1 and a half weeks compared to the 24-48 hours announced
