It's simple, I am not at all happy with this site, they are not serious at all. Indeed, I had to order this product because my son's new 70 cc for Christmas, he used it 2 times and it no longer starts and they are not even able to send me the original starter. I have to make do with this product that I have to tinker with (said in their words). They do not want to take back the motorcycle that no longer starts, while the law states that it is guaranteed for 2 years by the manufacturer, and that they are obliged to refund me. They do not want to know anything. So I really hope you will read my message before buying from them.

Please understand that on Thursday 24/12 the carriers did not make any pickups and therefore it was logically received by the carrier only on Monday 28/12 because Friday was a holiday, Saturday and Sunday were closed. It was delivered to you on 31/12. The Christmas period is a saturated period that experiences delays mainly due to holidays. Do not hesitate to request express carriers like TNT if you want a shorter delay. The motorcycle was in stock and the delivery time was given as 48 to 72 hours. Ordered on 19/12/20 and on 29/12/20 still nothing received. The motorcycle was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a child and 5 days after Christmas the kid still has nothing.
