A bit slow compared to the first time.

Catastrophic delivery service.

Quad poorly packaged and damaged, not visible until fully unpacked. Photos available.

My package took 1 month to arrive. For an amount of 400 euros and all the inconveniences, they gave us a commercial gesture of 10 euros. I find it abusive.

A site that is usually very fast on delivery and a reasonable quality-price ratio, but this time it has been more than a week since I have heard about my order, disappointing.

Complicated order, payment made but well received but a 'bug' did not validate my order... so multiple contacts with customer service (very responsive) and after some discussions the problem was resolved, it was still long. Otherwise, great material and well packaged. Ps: thanks to Nicolas for his efficiency and patience.

Hello, I introduce myself, Stéphane from 83, I have purchased about 1000 € worth of parts from Mini mix since May and when I simply explain that a part arrived poorly machined, the only response I received from your site is that it is a part that is often bought. You did not understand, I received a flexible intake pipe with an aluminum end that is in poor condition and no one from Mini mix offers to exchange the part that costs 15 € when in China it is made for 1 €, there is a bit of abuse there. I arrive at 40€ of order to avoid paying shipping fees. I use my points... The total goes below 40€ thanks to this and then I am charged shipping fees. I find that very average.........

There is an enormous lack of products in the catalog, you should expand your range especially regarding the YCF brand, if you are really the number 1 dealer in France!
